A new strategic node for Peru's logistics
The New Port Terminal of Eten is a multipurpose project of private ownership and public use, designed to:
Decentralize national logistics
Reduce transportation costs
To promote exports and imports of the Northern Macro Region of Peru
Located 15 km from Chiclayo and with direct access to the Pan-American Highway, the port terminal will operate mining, agro-industrial, containerized and energy cargo. Developed from scratch on a land of more than 100 hectares and with port authorization, this project is a comprehensive solution to the logistical challenges faced by northern Peru.

A national vision
The Northern Macro Region concentrates:
Agriculture
1.7 million MT / 221 thousand TEUS of Agro-export, 2.0 million MT of fertilizers, 200 thousand MT of liquid bulk
Mining
1.8 million metric tons of copper concentrates
Renewable Energy
Great wind potential and good solar resource
Fishing
Tuna, shellfish, fishmeal, fish oil
The New Port Terminal of Eten will be born to change that reality.
ETEN will play a vital role in the development of the future Amazon waterway that will connect Brazil with the Pacific through the Amazon River network and the Yurimaguas-Saramerisa-Eten multimodal axis. This strategic connection will consolidate Eten as a key node in interoceanic trade between South America, Asia and Europe.
